Editor & Customer Service supervisor

Editor As an editor, your duties include: Edit, make changes news, articles and other publications before the release; Detect and correct errors of publications in terms of word of choice, grammar and syntax to enhance the publications; Communicate with journalists, authors and interviewees to ensure all the contents in the publications are correct; Cooperate with journalist to ensure daily/weekly/monthly deadlines of publications are met; Draft and prepare writings for interviews made by the journalist; Eligible applicants: College diploma or University degree in journalism or related discipline with 1 year of experience as an editor or journalist is required; OR College diploma or University degree not related to journalism or related discipline must prove minimum of 3 years experience as editor or journalist Wage offered: $26.00~$29.00/hour Working hours: 30~40 hours per week; Customer Service supervisor As a customer service supervisor, your duties include: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; train and override customer service clerks for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries to ensure good customer service is provided and comply with company policies; Evaluate and discipline customer service clerks; Prepare reports for customer service clerks' performance and training; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and guide the client for their purchases; Solve any customers complaints arise during the transaction or via phone and email; Ensure the customer service clerks follow up with the clients after the transaction is completed; Eligible applicants: Minimum of 6 months experience in customer/client service field; Completion of college diploma or higher education is required Note: If candidate does not have college diploma or University degree and has only high school education, must prove at least 2 years experience in customer/client service field.
