Job Description
Start work immediately! A busy abatement company is currently recruiting for abatement technicians with supervisory experience, for work involving the removal of asbestos, mould and lead containing products. Successful candidates must be clean-shaven in order to wear a respirator.
Individuals must have their own CSA-approved steel-toed boots, all other PPE is provided. You must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and legally eligible to work in Canada (you must have a Social Insurance Number). We will provide additional training where necessary.
Successful candidates must be able to obtain Reliability Status security clearance. Hourly wage, up to $32.00/hour, commensurate on experience and valid certifications, plus benefits (after probation period).
Type 3 Asbestos Certification is required for this position. You will be paid weekly.
