Minglian Holdings Ltd. is currently hiring for a Construction General Manager Minglian Holdings Ltd. is a privately owned real estate developer with a diversified commercial and residential portfolio and extensive experience in the dynamic markets of Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Job Title: Construction General Manager Wage: $55.00/hour, 30-40 hours per week Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Work Location: 760-1185 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC V6E4E6 Duties: * Manage the construction management team * Select and Hire project managers for different construction projects * Design company strategy and set goals for company growth * Negotiate contracts with external vendors or clients to reach profitable agreements * Determinate and allocate human and financial resources to develop and implement new construction projects * Review the projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs * Coordinate and direct project managers and subcontractors * Coordinate the work between construction department and financial department * Review the all work progress of different projects on daily basis * Ensure quality construction standards and build company image * Develop and maintain strong relationships and networks with customers, business partners and government agencies Requirements: Work Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in related filed If you are qualified and would like to apply for this position, please send your resume by email: minglianhr@minglian.ca
