We are looking for qualified worker who can work as soon as possible.
Responsible for invoicing and reporting
Manage email, mail and other material and respond them
Answer phone or email enquiries and relay calls and messages
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer and record and prepare minutes of meetings
Setup and maintain information filing systems
Order office supplies
Compile date, statistics and other information
- Minimum High School graduation
- Minimum 1 and half years of experience in clerical experience OR completion of one or two year college education in administrative assistants or secretaries
- Able to communicate in English
