Customer Service Supervisor
As a Customer Service Supervisor, your requirement at Time College Group would be:
Minimum six months' experience in customer/client service or related field is required; Completion of college diploma or University degree is required; If a candidates only completed secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 year experience in field of customer service
Customer Service Supervisor, your duties in Time College would be:
Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of customer service clerks in school; Oversee the school operation; Schedule, and train customer service clerks for their communications with customers; Communicate with customers and answer questions regarding the school program and courses for customers; Serve and consult customers to find out the problem that they are facing, and give suggestions for the school program that they might be interested; Solve any customers complaints arise in school; Obtain customer feedback regarding company services and programs; Prepare customer feedback reports for the manager to plan better customer service policies;
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Wage offered: $25~$28/hour
10 days paid vacation will be provided.
