Director of Sales – Construction Positioning (2316-046)

We are currently seeking a Director of Sales - Construction Positioning to join our growing service team within Brandt's Positioning Technology Division. This position will be based out of our Edmonton Branch. Responsibilities include: * Achieving sales growth and profitability in all areas of the Machine Control market. * Achieving Sales goals and market share targets as agreed for the long-term success of the PTD business across the Company AOR. * Providing feedback and input to both Brandt and Topcon into future opportunities and competitive pressures. * Develop and execute effective sales and marketing Machine Control programs and advertising initiatives to drive sales growth. * Provide a focused approach to Machine Control sales - aid in the development and retention of Machine Control Territory Managers - sales techniques, proposals, training, demonstrations, customer events * Travel to Branches to develop multi-level selling process with end users and understand unique market challenges. * Liaise with Construction Sales team whenever possible to further shared goals * Work with Corporate Inventory Manager to ensure appropriate inventory is available to anticipate and satisfy sales demands Brandt is the exclusive Topcon Dealer throughout Western and Atlantic Canada and a Platinum member of the Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies Program.
