Position: Food Service Supervisor
Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30~40 hrs per week
Wage: $15 per hour
Work Location: EStEA Cafe 4466 Beresford St Burnaby, BC V5H 0B8
Start Date: As soon As Possible
Job Description:
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food and drink
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Check the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
-Ensure food and service meet quality control
-Address customer's complaints or concerns
-Keep the records of repairs, sales and wastage


Minimum Qualification Include:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation or service
- Available on evenings and weekends
- Able to communicate in English
