Position requirement:
Completion of secondary education with minimum 2 years of experience in field of food/restaurant service
OR
Completion of college program in hospitality/food service management or related discipline is required
Duties as a food service supervisor:
Supervise, monitor and discipline servers in the restaurant
Train and schedule servers in the restaurant
Assign daily duties to servers
Check the inventory, and order supplies used in the restaurant
Ensure restaurants employees are following company policies and safety procedures
Manage serving area operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and ensure restaurant hygiene;
Solve any customer complaints or problem arise in the restaurant
Position: Cook (Japanese food) (5 vacancies)
Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week
Compensation:$15.00 -$16.00 (Depending on experience)
Position requirement:
-Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 2 years of cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (Preferably Japanese Cooking experience)
-Completion of Secondary School is required
-Cook certificate/ diploma is preferred
Duties as a Japanese cuisine cook:
-Prepare/cook Japanese food and make the sauces used in the restaurant
-Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen's hygiene
Position: Noodle processing Machine Operator (3 vacancies)
Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week
Compensation:$25.00 -$25.50 (Depending on experience)
Position requirement:
-Completion of high school is required
-On the job training will be provided
-Previous noodle processing machine operator experience is an asset
Duties as a Noodle processing Machine Operator:
-Operate noodle processing machine to produce noodles & mixing machine to make noodle dough
-Ensure and record quantity to produce
-Check quality of noodle processed & inventory of raw materials to produce noodles
