Looking for one bedroom suite to rent

Looking to rent 1 bedroom suite by april 19th. I currently live in Alberta and am working in surrey bc. I am scheduled to be there for work on april 20th. I am 45 yrs old with a wife and 3 children who will continue toi live in alberta. i will be working 2 months at a time with a week off to come visit my family. I am looking for at least a year lease maybe longer as this job is estimated to last up to 3 years, I will be moving my family out here eventually but not for at least a year. I am looking for something in the Fleetwood area as I am working at the coyote creek golf course on the townhouse project there and do not drive.
