Permanent, full time (35 hours per/week) Wage - $ 22.00 per/hour Requirements: Previous clerical experience 1-2 years, good English Education: High school Main duties: Conduct telephone conversations and email correspondences; Assist with generating/reviewing reports, invoices, purchase logs etc.; Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, co-ordinate the flow of information; Take responsibility for sorting, filing and storing data using computer software; Provide administrative and clerical support to management; Improve and establish office's day to day procedures; Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
