Purchasing Officer Duties and Tasks: Purchase electronic products from suppliers and manufacturers; Negotiate and sign purchase contracts and agreements; Administer shipping and transportation of the purchased products to ensure items arrive on time; Build and develop long-term business relationships with suppliers and manufacturers;, Communicate with the warehouse and sales personnel to choose products and quantity to order; Produce reports and maintain budget cost controls; Ensure products quality and defects of the purchased products Qualification Requirements: College diploma or higher education in Commerce, Business, International trading, Economics or related field discipline is required.
