Shifen - Domestic Short Hair Cat

Shelter: BC SPCA - Burnaby Branch Animal ID: 522629 Birthdate: January 11, 2015 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Male ***Due to the high number of Applications we receive for our animals, we will only be contacting potential adopters to further review their application** Shifan is a handsome boy looking for a forever home. Shifan can be very nervous and does not do well with a lot of changes so is looking for a calm household. We are still getting to know this boy but but we have noted he can get overstimulated with petting so his ideal home will be cat savvy and be able to know when he wants attention and when to leave him alone. We do think an adult only home is going to best for this guy. Shifan has shown some playfulness with a wand toy once he became a little more settled so we do think he will likely become more playful once he is fully comfortable in his home. He did come into our care after escaping from a home that was caring for him temporarily but he had been highly stressed in and unfortunately he did run into some trouble in the great outdoors and came in with a few minor injuries.
