$123,456 · WANTED: Cat-friendly Rental

I am headed to Kwantlen Polytechnic University for a 9-month advanced farrier program that starts in April. I'm looking for a room or studio apartment, even a suite, that I can rent for 9 months while I am completing my program. I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker. I'm interested in a quiet place where I can study and succeed in my program, and I have one indoor cat named Jasper (He's been neutered). My budget is $800 or less. If anyone has any tips or ideas or knows of anyone looking as far ahead into April of 2019, I would really appreciate it! Thank you in advance!
