Food Service Supervisors (Fantacity Restaurant)

We are looking for experienced Food Service Supervisors to join Fantacity Restaurant Position: Food Service Supervisor (Permanent) Hourly Wage: $20 per hour (Overtime pay to be paid at 1.5 times regular wage after 8hr/day and after 40hrs/week.) Working Hours: 35 – 40 hrs per week (Full-time) Working Location: 1133 Robson St, Vancouver, BC, V6E 1B5, Canada Benefit: 10 days paid vacation after 1 year of employment Employer: Primary Holdings Ltd o/a Fantacity Restaurant Vacancies: 2 Job Duties: - Prepare staff and the establishment prior to customer arrival. - Establish methods to meet work schedules - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. - Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service. - Monitoring food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Qualifications: - Completion of secondary school is required. - Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required. - English written and verbal communication skills required. - This position requires training staff.
